Meet Mindseye
Mindseye is a New Zealand-based record producer, visual artist, and DJ with Dutch roots.
His music is a melodic blend of styles, samples and sounds, weaving together elements from electronica, downtempo and trip-hop as well as ambient and left-field hip-hop.
FMA Team
I draw inspiration from the great outdoors and from the many vibrant cultures I have encountered during my countless travels in the past 10 years or so.
I am originally from the Netherlands, and have always had a yearning to explore new places and meet new people. I have traveled through Europe, Asia, and Oceania. And my music reflects some of those journeys, by incorporating sounds originating from places I've visited.
I am especially ionate about everything related to conservation of coastal and marine ecosystems and ocean-related, which is also emphasized by my academic background as a coastal scientist and oceanographer. - 
Ultimately, it is my aim to share my music with as many people as possible. The FMA is a great platform that helps me to achieve this goal. Through FMA, I've also landed some great placements for my music in the past years, ranging from large YouTube channels to a number of travel documentaries. I hope to release many more new musical creations through FMA in the coming years, so stay tuned! - Mindseye
